THE PATH LESS TRAVELLED
by Luqman Hakim
I find pleasure in the little things life has come to offer me. The cheap thrill of getting lost in the city, the overwhelming emotions when I read poetry, and even in the silly joke my best friend tells me when we are driving around late at night. I am a lost soul, but I know I'll never find my one true home, because my home is everywhere, on the road, in the people I love, and in the books that I read on Sunday mornings. I guess society somehow has defined happiness for all of us, but I recently understood that happiness just isn't the same for everyone. I believe our journey in life brings us to where we need to get to, and along the way, we find happiness. So this is just a few images that I share on what has brought me happiness. I hope everyone does too :)
"There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,
By the deep sea, and music in its roar:
I love not man the less, but Nature more."
